Having recently retired, I now have the time to take up a hobby I enjoyed in the past: STAMP COLLECTING!
I'm looking for a few similarly-minded people who would enjoy swapping used worldwide stamps (with perhaps a lean towards New Zealand and Japan from my side). If you're interested in a long-term, casual exchange relationship then please get in touch.
Tell me a little about your collecting interests and what kinds of duplicates you have available. Ideally, you'd have a good mix from different countries. So that losses in the mail are kept to a minimum, your country should have a reliable postal service. Like me, you shouldn't mind if the odd stamp has minor imperfections, although we would try not to send each other such stamps, nor multiple copies of the one stamp.
I'm happy to exchange stamps from anywhere in the world. We can swap as many stamps as fit in a standard envelope, and I'd prefer to do 'blind' exchanges, without using catalogs or lists. We can swap a set amount at a time, at whatever pace you choose.
Hi, I would like to exchange stamps with you. I am leaving in Switzerland and I have a mix of different countries like Germany, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland. Did I undstand you right? Do you have from Japan and New Zeland? I would like to exchange with you if you like. Thanks and regards
ReplyDeleteHello! I would like to exchange with you too! I am a French "lady", I live in Germany but close to the border to France and Strasbourg. I collect stamps from France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Japan and Europa/cept stamps -and some subjects like birds, butterflies... I currently exchange with people in other countries. Please let me know if you are interested.
ReplyDeleteKind regards.
I am a collector from the Czech Republic, and I will also be retired from November this year and I plan to devote myself to my hobby - stamps, much more than before.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise, I have been collecting stamps since I was 9 years old and have many projects - some of them are dedicated to specialized collecting of many stamp countries or study collecting some stamp issues.
I also collect stamps from all over the world and use Steiner pages for this purpose, which I have printed and have been acquiring stamps mainly by correspondence exchange across the world for decades.
I have very many stamps (thousands of stamps) for exchange, broken down by stamp country, many from Europe, North and Latin America, etc. I am also interested in long term cooperation.
With my partners we use the method of recommendation letters (with nicely franked envelopes) with 200-500 stamps, each different (quality is a given), with pre-agreed content (country or territory, theme, time range, etc.). We send back the stamps we each have and add more stamps for exchange. We keep a record of the stamps accepted and therefore the status of the exchange.
I have many holes in the NZ collection (both stamps and sheets) but also in other countries - more about it on that next time (e-mail). Email your interest - what stamps do you need for your collection.
Happy to exchange stamps with you and look forward to hearing from you - email address is fajf39@seznam.cz
